LifeSpring Foursquare Church, originally known as Ridgecrest Foursquare Gospel Church, has been in the desert community of Ridgecrest since 1944. We are blessed to be part of the International Church of the Foursquare Gospel – a movement started in 1923 in Los Angeles by Aimee Semple McPherson.

Although the original building was demolished several years ago, you can still find us located at the Northwest corner of Church St. and Norma St. @ 245 S Norma St.

We gather together on Sunday Morning at 10:00 AM, but come by a little early for some coffee, treats (usually homemade), and some fellowship.
Our atmosphere is casual and relaxed, and as far as a dress code is concerned, we want you to be comfortable in who you are, and how God made you.
We just have one requirement – and that would be clothes!
Our time together in the Worship Service generally goes until around 11:20, with a time of fellowship and conversation afterwards. We do have Children’s Church for kids ages 3-12 that is dismissed after our time of Song Worship.
Younger kids are more than welcome to stay with their parents during the rest of our time together, and are seen as a blessing, not a distraction.
What to expect when you arrive.
You will be greeted by a small, and friendly faith family. Don’t worry, we won’t draw unwanted attention to you, but we will help you meet a few of our family. You may even get invited to lunch!
We are a small church with an average Sunday attendance of about 30 folks, ranging in age from kids to seniors. If everyone who calls LifeSpring their church home showed up on the same day, we would still have room for everyone, we’d just be sitting closer together!
We also stream our services Live on Facebook each week. So if you want to check us out there first before coming by, please do. Just say “Hi” in the chat so we can still welcome you.
As mentioned above, the dress code is casual. Since we live in the desert, shorts are acceptable – which is really good for Pastor Scott, since that’s about all he wears year round.
Our Worship in Song is contemporary and happens at the beginning of our time together. It’s purpose is to allow us the opportunity to shed off the cares and struggles of the week, and draw into the presence of God, and His Throne-room together.
We then shift into digging into God’s Word together. If you don’t have a Bible, no worries, we’ve got some extras around here. Pastor Scott is our main teaching pastor, but you will often get to hear our co-pastor, Pastor Deena, share the message also. And from time-to-time you’ll get to hear Jim (who claims to be “just the drummer”), or Pastor Bob (retired 4SQ pastor and Missions Emissary) share their insights and encouragement.
Foursquare is a Pentecostal movement/denomination, believing in the gifting and guidance of Gods Holy Spirit, and we here at LifeSpring believe in honoring God by conducting a balanced time together. We seek God in all we do here, and strive to bring Him the Glory He deserves during our service time.
